Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager
Drive adoption, renewals, and account growth for Rockwell Automation’s OT cybersecurity offerings. Manage enterprise customer relationships, recurring revenue strategy, business reviews, and customer outcomes.
विवरण
- Manage enterprise and site-based accounts using Rockwell’s OT cybersecurity offerings
- Help customers achieve business outcomes through Rockwell Automation subscription and services contracts
- Increase technology and services adoption to support renewals and growth in recurring contracts and subscriptions
- Manage recurring revenue targets and growth strategy for cybersecurity contracts and software subscriptions
- Use Gainsight data and workflows to guide customer onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals
- Connect customer data to the value delivered through services contracts and software subscriptions
- Share delivered value with participating sites through quarterly business reviews and other regular communications
- Consolidate and present quarterly business reviews for corporate customers
- Recommend contract or subscription changes that improve customer outcomes, and work with Sales to pursue account growth
- Document the effectiveness of customer success activities
- Work with Sales, Delivery, and Distributor teams to improve the customer experience
- Share portfolio feedback so customer input can shape service offerings
- Partner with the business unit on ongoing customer experience improvements
- Report to the Software Customer Success Leader
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity products and services
- At least five years of work experience, including customer-facing work in a commercial or technical capacity
- Ability to work across teams
- Experience understanding customer buying behavior and processes
- Knowledge of how services are organized and delivered
- Ability to motivate others and help customers succeed
- Commercial skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and build trust
- Ability to develop, communicate, and execute a corporate-level services recurring revenue strategy
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide strategic value
