- Support small businesses by recommending financial solutions and delivering high-quality customer service
- Contribute to a collaborative, adaptable team and assist with leadership activities
- Strengthen active listening capabilities and business banking expertise
- Partner with internal and external business groups to develop suitable customer solutions
- Assess customer needs and provide business banking sales, service, and advice to existing customers and prospects
- Guide customers on business banking strategies and products, including credit cards
- Complete sales and service activities in line with approved procedures
- Recognize opportunities and refer customers to other business groups when appropriate
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and efficiently
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate colleague
- Complete post-call activities and transactions accurately to process customer requests
- Keep knowledge of business banking and credit card products and procedures current
- Protect customer and bank information while meeting regulatory and compliance obligations
- Hold holistic, needs-based conversations to identify business banking requirements and recommend solutions such as commercial deposit accounts, cash management solutions, small-business lending, credit cards, merchant services, and payroll services

- Knowledge of personal and small-business banking products
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish proactive customer relationships
- Contact center and banking experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn continuously, listen actively, solve problems, and respond creatively and flexibly to new challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- French and English bilingualism required
- Fluency in both French and English
- English proficiency to support and serve non-French-speaking customers, employees, and partners inside or outside Quebec
