Senior Workday Core HCM Consultant (Remote, India)
Lead Workday Core HCM solution design, configuration, and client delivery. Mentor consultants and maintain implementation quality across complex projects.
Tavsif
- Lead HRIS module delivery from start to finish as a subject matter expert.
- Oversee complex client engagements and maintain trusted day-to-day client relationships.
- Run requirements workshops and design solutions for complex functional scenarios.
- Configure HRIS modules according to best practices and optimization goals.
- Identify and address project risks and client concerns early.
- Manage SIT and UAT cycles and secure quality signoff on deliverables.
- Check junior consultants’ configurations for accuracy and completeness.
- Coach and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants.
- Record and share module best practices and lessons learned.
- Provide informal leadership to small project teams.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Four to seven years of HRIS experience, including at least three full-cycle implementations.
- In-depth expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
- Workday Core HCM certification is required.
