- Manage technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, from scoping and milestones to success metrics
- Own the post-sales technical relationship and act as the primary contact for customer engineering and security teams
- Create and deliver structured implementation plans that accelerate reliable First Time to Value
- Surface implementation blockers, expectation gaps, and capability needs, escalating issues when appropriate
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams on handoffs and knowledge sharing
- Create reusable technical documentation, implementation templates, process guides, and internal runbooks
- Coordinate support requirements, triage technical problems, and work with Support and Development teams on resolution
- Represent customer needs and synthesize feedback to guide the product roadmap and future services
Talablar
- At least eight years of experience in a post-sales technical position such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols
- Experience leading on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS technical deployments
- Background working with enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration preferred
