Senior Employment Law Attorney Partner
Represent companies in employment disputes at vezzilapolla.legal, managing cases, enforcement proceedings, risk analysis, and corporate client service.
Tavsif
- Represent companies in employment litigation and defend their interests.
- Draft pleadings, from routine responses to complex motions, objections, appeals, and enforcement measures.
- Manage enforcement proceedings, including calculation reviews, judicial guarantees, challenges, objections, and appeals.
- Oversee eSocial workflows, especially obligations arising from employment litigation.
- Assess cases strategically, identify risks, and select appropriate procedural steps.
- Manage a case portfolio and track deadlines closely.
- Prepare management reports, contingency assessments, and employment-related provisions.
- Maintain accurate records in legal systems and client platforms.
- Work directly with clients, track matters, and advise on procedural requirements.
Talablar
- Hold a law degree.
- Maintain active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Have proven experience representing and defending companies in employment litigation.
- Know the trial, appellate, and enforcement stages thoroughly.
- Bring strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Manage cases, deadlines, and legal strategy independently.
- Have essential experience in employment law.
- Have mandatory experience handling high-volume litigation.
- Demonstrate initiative, organization, commitment, strategic judgment, autonomy, attention to detail, prioritization, and teamwork.
- Preferred: experience handling employment hearings.
- Preferred: experience delivering oral arguments.
- Preferred: familiarity with the Projuris legal management system.
- Preferred: experience serving corporate clients and managing medium- to high-volume case portfolios.
