Tavsif

  • Lead the Design Team’s daily operations while maintaining quality and providing organised support.
  • Review creative before delivery to Account Managers or clients and give specific, actionable feedback.
  • Identify design problems involving hierarchy, contrast, calls to action, image-to-text balance, and mobile performance.
  • Guide Account Managers on campaign visual needs and challenge briefs that are weak or unsuitable.
  • Create design assets directly when workload demands it.
  • Maintain visual consistency across client brands, industries, and identities.
  • Define and uphold standards for email, SMS, advertising, GIF, and short-form video assets.
  • Learn each client’s brand identity and recommend relevant concepts, improvements, and optimisations.
  • Plan and allocate the team’s weekly workload according to assigned tasks.
  • Adjust priorities and rebalance workloads when circumstances change to help avoid missed deadlines.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for team blockers.
  • Ensure client account design targets are achieved.
  • Lead group meetings and recurring one-to-one sessions.
  • Gather team suggestions and concerns, address them, and communicate the responses.
  • Coach designers and support less experienced team members.
  • Guide new designers through onboarding.
  • Link Design with other service teams through workshops, tutorials, and documentation.
  • Deliver training and professional development sessions.
  • Find and improve inefficient workflows, handoffs, and communication practices.
  • Create and maintain team documentation.
  • Follow Figma releases and implement useful new capabilities.
  • Monitor design and email marketing trends and share relevant updates.
  • Present industry best practices to the Service Director and the wider team.
  • Complete projects assigned by the Service Director.
  • Report to the Service Director while working with Account Managers and other Hustler Marketing teams.

Talablar

  • At least five years of graphic design experience, including three or more years designing for email marketing.
  • Advanced Figma expertise, including creating and using component libraries.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.
  • Experience creating advertising images, animated GIFs, and short video edits.
  • A portfolio demonstrating effective, on-brand work across different clients, stores, and industries.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating designers.
  • Ability to evaluate design work and provide precise, actionable written feedback.
  • Ability to allocate and reprioritise a team’s weekly workload, including at short notice.
  • Basic knowledge of web design and landing pages is advantageous.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform is advantageous.
  • Comfort using Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, and Figma.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely, preferably with teams distributed across time zones.
  • Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday during office hours between 3 and 6 PM Barcelona time.
  • Capacity to work consistently 30 to 35 hours per week, equivalent to 140 hours per month.
  • Reliable internet access, a laptop or PC, and the ability to participate in video calls.
  • Commitment to full-time work.
  • Contractor engagement after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • An exclusivity agreement prohibiting similar work elsewhere while working for Hustler Marketing.

Imtiyozlar

  • A fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Performance reviews every 9 to 12 months, with the first review after 3 to 6 months.
