Tavsif

  • Deliver customer service guided by U.S. Bank’s Core Values.
  • Act as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and clients.
  • Recommend financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues of $500,000 to $2.5 million.
  • Support two to three branches as a dedicated resource for their teams.
  • Address complex needs and opportunities for small-business clients.
  • Grow client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative sales, and reliable follow-through.
  • Turn financial details, cash-flow patterns, client goals, operating cycles, and risk indicators into practical advice and recommendations.
  • Prospect beyond the branch and pursue sales to meet revenue targets and growth goals.
  • Identify client priorities and match solutions to their growth, efficiency, and risk objectives.
  • Recommend business deposits, credit and lending, treasury management, payment services, business credit cards, digital and cash-flow tools, and other small-business products.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with branch teams, centers of influence, clients, and colleagues across business lines.
  • Coordinate client relationships from handoff and decision through follow-up, activation, use, and demonstrated value.
  • Share referral results, effective sales and service practices, and updates on newly established small-business relationships.
  • Balance acquiring clients, expanding relationships, and providing service while maintaining accurate CRM records and responsible banking practices.

Talablar

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, or have equivalent experience and relevant job experience.
  • Have at least three years of experience in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
  • Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English at business proficiency level.
  • Maintain National Mortgage Licensing Service registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Remain compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory registration requirements.
  • Maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
  • Follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies.
