Opis

  • Find and engage passive candidates across engineering, research, design, and operations.
  • Build target lists and outreach campaigns to attract strong candidates.
  • Review inbound and agency candidates promptly.
  • Coordinate interviews and onsites, shortening the time between rounds.
  • Keep recruiting pipelines accurate and active in Ashby.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, including when applicants are rejected.
  • Create playbooks and automations from processes that work.
  • Work directly with the Talent & People Operations Lead.

Zahteve

  • At least two years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role, ideally at a startup.
  • A strong sense of urgency, with the ability to move quickly and follow up promptly.
  • Careful attention to detail to ensure tasks do not fall through the cracks.
  • Comfort working across broad responsibilities and navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and founders.
  • Use of AI tools to source candidates, automate repetitive tasks, and work faster.
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting technical or design talent at an early-stage company.
  • Bonus: Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or sourcing tools such as Juicebox.
  • Bonus: A genuine interest in AI, design, or creative work.
