Remote Recruiting Coordinator in South Africa
Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records for Viva Talent’s US customers. Communicate with candidates and keep hiring processes moving while working remotely from South Africa.
Opis
- Arrange interviews for hiring teams and panels with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, including candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates through email, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Spot delays in the candidate journey and clear process bottlenecks.
- Investigate issues, provide context, and bring in decision-makers at the right time.
- Use AI tools to work efficiently, applying personal judgment to their outputs.
- Keep recruiting pipelines on track so candidates are not overlooked.
- Take ownership of candidate response times, time between stages, time to hire, and hiring targets.
- Work as part of the recruiting team at one of Viva Talent’s US customers.
Zahteve
- At least one year of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role.
- Experience scheduling interviews for hiring managers, recruiters, or Talent Partners.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS to manage candidate or employee records, statuses, and next steps.
- Experience communicating with candidates or employees through email, LinkedIn, or job boards.
- C1-level English, with confident, concise communication and comfort working at a fast pace.
- At least two years of tenure at one company at some point in your career.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience using AI tools in real work and reviewing their outputs before relying on them.
- Ability to take ownership of interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Specialist is a strong match.
