Opis

  • Set the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Achieve’s digital acquisition and loan servicing portal for personal loans and HELOCs.
  • Incorporate AI agents and tools into digital experiences.
  • Guide cross-functional product squads and provide hands-on technical product leadership during critical delivery periods.
  • Unify digital onboarding, loan origination, automated decisions, document collection, and post-origination servicing.
  • Create smooth transitions between consumer self-service and support from staff.
  • Use user behavior and funnel data to improve conversion, self-service loan management, referrals, cross-selling, and refinancing.
  • Broaden omnichannel tools to make consumer engagement more personalized.
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Product Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
  • Coach and develop Product Managers, and establish career paths and execution standards.

Zahteve

  • At least 10 years of product management experience delivering complex digital products for consumers.
  • Three to five years in a product leadership role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer lending, including personal loans, mortgages or HELOCs, or debt consolidation and acceleration.
  • Direct experience with loan origination systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations.
  • A record of combining fragmented product flows into cohesive digital experiences with cross-selling capabilities.
  • Strong technical skills, including reviewing API documentation, contributing to architecture discussions, writing detailed specifications, and leading technical delivery squads.
  • Experience across digital, phone, SMS, email, and AI engagement channels.
  • A thorough understanding of lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • A record of trusted, steady leadership, focused and agile execution, accountability, and building people and capabilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. H-1B transfer or sponsorship and STEM OPT visa support are unavailable.
