Customer Care Specialist, Germany (Remote)
Support customers across Trimble’s Transporeon logistics platform in German, Spanish, and English, resolving issues and coordinating improvement initiatives. This full-time role is remote from Germany.
Opis
- Serve as the main point of contact for a global logistics network
- Resolve complex issues by phone and through support tickets
- Assess and prioritize customer inquiries
- Work with specialist teams to resolve issues and track urgent support cases
- Coordinate customer improvement initiatives
- Identify proactive improvements and take ownership of the customer experience
Zahteve
- Fluent German and Spanish, with strong English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Analytical skills to classify, prioritize, and resolve support requests
- Clear, friendly communication when updating customers on cases
- Interest in technology and familiarity with IT topics are a plus
- Experience in multilingual customer support or helpdesk work is a plus
