- Advise members through phone and digital channels.
- Explain and recommend products, services, and digital banking options.
- Complete member transactions accurately, promptly, and courteously.
- Handle routine transactions and resolve member requests.
- Recommend financial products and services suited to members’ needs.
- Refer members to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and resolve inquiries by phone and electronically.
- Set up mobile deposits, phone banking, and digital banking.
- Activate and troubleshoot debit and credit cards.
- Process transfers, account changes, stop payments, and check orders.
- Coordinate between members and internal departments.
- Work with departments to improve processes and procedures.
- Encourage and guide members in using mobile and digital banking.
- Take part in community relations activities.
Cerințe
- A high school diploma or current enrollment in high school is required.
- Customer service and/or sales experience is required.
- Applicants must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or North Dakota.
- Occasional on-site work is required.
- Ability to advise members by phone and through digital channels.
- Ability to complete transactions accurately and courteously.
- A two-year degree is preferred.
