Remote Recruiter/Scheduler in the Philippines

Home-based recruiter/scheduler role supporting a U.S.-focused healthcare business. Responsibilities include caregiver recruitment, onboarding documentation, and shift coordination.

Descriere

  • Promote open caregiver roles for 2nd Family across approved free and paid platforms
  • Maintain a steady applicant pipeline and pre-screen candidates against 2nd Family’s criteria
  • Arrange interviews for qualified applicants
  • Add interviews to the calendar and share resumes and telephone screening notes with interviewers
  • Gather required information from new caregivers and finalize their employee files
  • Secure signed onboarding documents and send the Orientation Manual by email
  • Record caregiver details accurately and promptly in AxisCare
  • Digitize and store required documentation online
  • Request refreshed copies of caregiver documents approaching expiration
  • Finalize schedules by close of business each Wednesday for the next two full weeks
  • Follow up with caregivers about shifts that remain unconfirmed
  • Contact caregivers by phone, text, and email to cover open shifts
  • Take part in the weekend on-call rotation
  • Seek support from office assistants or management for scheduling work when necessary
  • Work to fill shifts at least 48 hours before their start time

  • Committed to providing high-quality service to caregivers and clients
  • Handles documents, schedules, and staff coordination with care and organization
  • Responds resourcefully to last-minute changes and shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant administration within a healthcare or medical environment
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic health insurance concepts
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • Experience with scheduling software or systems
