Operational Account Manager - Europe (Remote)
Manage B2B crypto-payment accounts for CryptoProcessing, a stablecoin payment provider, by supporting clients, growing accounts, managing targets and contracts, and delivering strong service.
Descriere
- Support assigned clients with routine day-to-day account queries
- Achieve client volume and revenue goals through responsive service and proactive growth opportunities
- Manage, improve, and negotiate client contracts and commercial terms
- Forecast, track, deliver, and report on account performance targets
- Develop effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with clients
- Communicate the product’s benefits and commercial value to clients
- Maintain accurate records across the CRM, email, Confluence, and other internal systems
- Attend industry expos, conferences, and networking events when required
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the company
Cerințe
- At least two years of B2B account management experience in fintech, crypto, or another online business
- A service-oriented, self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
- Ability to balance empathy and client support with commercial outcomes
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup focused on speed and practical problem-solving
- Highly organized and effective time management
- Strong contract and commercial negotiation skills
- Genuine interest in crypto and modern payment solutions
- Energetic, positive, and constructive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong organization, reporting, and attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, and Tableau
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
