  • Help move the customer service chatbot to a new platform
  • Develop, maintain, and improve chatbot and knowledge-base content
  • Keep customer messaging aligned across the chatbot, website, FAQs, and knowledge base
  • Check content for accuracy, readability, spelling, and grammar
  • Translate and adapt English content for German-speaking customers
  • Assist with testing and quality checks for new chatbot capabilities
  • Review user feedback and spot ways to improve the service
  • Support a digitalization initiative that directly enhances the customer experience

Cerințe

  • Currently studying, such as communications, media studies, linguistics, business administration, information management, or a related field
  • Native-level or excellent German and a strong command of language
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency
  • Able to work in a methodical, careful, and self-directed manner
  • Interest in digital tools, AI applications, and customer experience
  • Prior exposure to content management, chatbots, or knowledge management is beneficial
