IT Support Specialist - Raleigh, Onsite

Descriere

  • Deliver advanced computer support to Moffatt & Nichol employees across all locations
  • Handle end-user requests involving software, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Support users through email, ticketing, and telephone channels
  • Provide advanced assistance to fellow IT Support Specialists and manage complex requests
  • Respond to help desk tickets and handle incoming help desk calls
  • Train and mentor members of the IT Support Specialist team
  • Maintain and update the WDS imaging server
  • Manage documentation and inventory in OneNote, Excel, Lansweeper, and Active Directory
  • Support the Network Operations Manager with authorized tasks
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding by creating accounts and processing employee terminations

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or relevant IT certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least five years of related professional technical-support experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of advanced IT concepts and operational functions
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures for the role
  • Collaborative, positive approach with a willingness to learn
  • Strong customer-service capabilities
  • Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check conducted in accordance with NIST 800-171
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States and provide required hiring documentation
  • Ability to work with clients and travel occasionally
  • Capacity for prolonged periods of sedentary work
