Descriere

  • Deliver tailored financial guidance and solutions to clients
  • Review and prioritize incoming leads and service requests
  • Connect clients with internal partners according to their needs and asset levels
  • Meet with clients to understand their investment and financial objectives
  • Create financial plans using brokerage, banking, and managed-money products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities
  • Recommend banking and investment approaches that reflect each client’s goals and circumstances
  • Manage operational and client-related risks in daily work
  • Develop prospective client relationships through referrals and financial center outreach
  • Support referral partners through coaching and constructive feedback
  • Complete all required training and licensing requirements
  • Obtain and maintain registration under the SAFE Act
  • Train at a designated financial center and, if needed, begin in a phone-based role until a reasonably commutable center is identified

Cerințe

  • Hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 instead of Series 66
  • Candidates with only Series 63 or Series 65 must obtain the missing license within 60 days
  • Have at least one year of investment-industry experience, including investment training and detailed knowledge of investment products and services
  • Have at least one year of experience in financial services or a sales setting with demonstrated goal attainment
  • Hold a high school diploma, GED, secondary-school credential, or equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and achieve goals
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Manage objectives, handle complexity, prioritize work, and deliver in a fast-paced setting
  • Learn and adjust to new information while determining appropriate client solutions
  • Manage time and workload efficiently
  • Apply relevant regulatory due diligence to daily work and long-term client strategies
  • Complete SAFE Act registration, a background check, and ongoing good-standing requirements
  • Spanish-language fluency is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking ability are preferred
  • Three or more years of financial services or sales experience is preferred
  • CFP or CRPC designation is preferred
  • Insurance licenses are preferred
