Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Architecture

Design loyalty platform solutions for Kobie’s enterprise clients, connecting their business outcomes with the company’s capabilities. Lead discovery, requirements, cost alignment, demonstrations, and contribute to platform roadmap decisions.

Descriere

  • Translate client goals into loyalty solutions aligned with Kobie’s capabilities.
  • Coordinate client outcomes across project workstreams.
  • Direct client solution design and keep teams aligned with project scope.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery.
  • Lead discovery and gather and validate business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain BRDs, SCDs, and Epic and Feature briefs.
  • Assess feasibility and align costs for standard engagements.
  • Coordinate COGS validation across delivery, data, software, customer success, and strategy.
  • Keep business, product, and technical teams aligned throughout projects.
  • Represent product and platform expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell discussions.
  • Use client and market insights to inform platform roadmap decisions.
  • Prepare demonstrations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Protect design integrity from planning through launch and surface delivery risks early.
  • Advise on scope, cost, and feasibility tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate the transition from presales to delivery.
  • Escalate decisions that fall outside standard scope.
  • Lead solution design end to end and influence at least one roadmap decision in the first year.

Cerințe

  • 3–5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical presales in a technology environment.
  • Experience documenting business requirements in BRDs, SCDs, and Epic or Feature briefs.
  • Ability to validate delivery cost estimates (COGS) across data and analytics, software, customer success, and strategy workstreams.
  • Experience applying Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and iterative delivery methods.
  • Ability to create solution demonstrations, proposals, and pitch materials for RFPs, RFIs, and upsell discussions.
  • Experience coordinating dependencies across marketing, data and analytics, and partner integration workstreams.
  • Ability to identify scope changes and delivery risks and turn findings into corrective action plans.
  • Working knowledge of loyalty marketing programs and mechanics is strongly preferred.
  • Delivery experience in retail, financial services, or travel and hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, including campaign management, customer data platforms, and personalization tools, is strongly preferred.
