Senior Major Accounts Executive, Public Safety

Lead enterprise sales of Sharp Performance’s coaching platform to major public safety agencies across the Western United States. Own complex government procurements, close large deals, and grow existing accounts.

  • Manage a portfolio of major public safety accounts across the Western United States.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and secure enterprise agreements.
  • Identify buying committee members and guide stakeholders through complex purchasing processes.
  • Lead RFP responses, sole-source proposals, cooperative purchasing arrangements, and multi-year budget planning.
  • Develop business cases that connect retention, wellness, and performance outcomes to agency needs.
  • Sell to public safety and government leaders, including chiefs, sheriffs, commissioners, association leaders, city managers, county executives, and state officials.
  • Maintain a well-documented, multi-threaded pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Coordinate enterprise customer onboarding with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
  • Grow existing accounts by expanding seats, divisions, and participating agencies.
  • Share customer needs with Product, Marketing, and company leadership.

Prasības

  • Bring at least seven years of enterprise or major-account sales experience.
  • Have three or more years selling to law enforcement, fire, EMS, or other public safety agencies.
  • Demonstrate success closing agency deals worth six or seven figures.
  • Have practical experience with government RFPs, contract vehicles, cooperative purchasing, and multi-year budgets.
  • Have sold to chiefs, sheriffs, city managers, and state officials.
  • Have managed deals involving multiple stakeholders and sales cycles of 6 to 18 months.
  • Use a proven sales methodology such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Show consistent quota attainment against enterprise targets.
  • Travel regularly across the territory for executive meetings, site visits, and agency events.
  • Have experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and disciplined forecasting.
