Apraksts

  • Lead Frontier Engineering’s New Zealand accounts across data and agentic transformation.
  • Own engagements from initial discussion through scoping, contracting, delivery, and expansion.
  • Qualify opportunities with account teams and work with executive sponsors to identify business needs.
  • Run customer discovery and journey workshops to set use case priorities, target outcomes, and business cases.
  • Shape commercial strategy, value-based pricing, proposals, statements of work, solution scope, estimates, and deal approvals.
  • Manage bookings forecasts and pipelines for New Zealand accounts.
  • Develop services roadmaps, find expansion opportunities, and collaborate with SI, GSI, and ISV partners.
  • Manage the sales-to-delivery handoff and lead engagement kickoffs.
  • Guide technical implementation projects through launch and closeout using work breakdown structures, RAID logs, and critical path schedules.
  • Address scope growth and negotiate change orders to protect the engagement.
  • Manage engagement finances, revenue forecasts, budget burn, cost control, estimate-at-completion accuracy, and margins.
  • Act as the first escalation contact and lead decisions under pressure.
  • Lead knowledge transfer, retrospectives, value reviews, customer references, and follow-on opportunities.
  • Work with C-level and VP stakeholders on services roadmaps and business outcomes.
  • Turn technical blockers into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
  • Share delivery insights and contribute reusable assets, playbooks, AI-assisted workflows, Salesforce and financial systems data, and delivery resource utilization.

Prasības

  • Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years in sales and services delivery, working with executives on complex technical implementation projects.
  • Track record of meeting measurable targets such as bookings, utilization, consumption, and delivery margin.
  • Experience leading discovery, defining scope and value propositions, and closing services deals as part of a sales team.
  • Strong practical command of project governance (WBS, RAID, critical path), change management, and project finances (EAC).
  • Able to lead discussions with C-suite executives while maintaining technical credibility with engineering and data science teams.
  • Direct experience with data platform modernization and AI/ML or GenAI adoption.
  • Able to collaborate remotely across locations with sales, presales, and delivery colleagues.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and projects independently and in parallel.
  • Established network in New Zealand enterprise, government, or local SI and partner communities is a bonus.
  • Experience at a Big 5 or boutique strategy consultancy is a bonus.
  • Technical advisory experience, such as solution architect or technical account manager work, is a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake AI Data Cloud or cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus.
  • Experience building a services practice or team presence in a new market is a bonus.
