Lead HR, payroll and workforce transformation architecture for Expleo’s retail and logistics clients. Shape scalable enterprise solutions spanning integrations, identity and employee experience.

- Lead architecture for HR, learning and colleague experience transformation programmes.
- Develop high-level solution designs and present recommendations to the Design Authority.
- Work with infrastructure, data, cybersecurity and architecture teams.
- Govern data, integrations, identity and access management architecture for HR platforms.
- Support technology modernisation, platform consolidation and legacy system retirement.
- Evaluate architecture impacts from new business capabilities, localisation and regulatory changes.
- Guide architecture across several concurrent transformation initiatives.
- Turn business, HR and technology needs into scalable solutions.
Prasības
- Apply solution architecture principles, frameworks and good practice, such as TOGAF or an equivalent.
- Understand enterprise integration architecture, including API-led and event-driven approaches.
- Understand identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, role-based access controls and identity governance.
- Know the HR hire-to-retire employee journey.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders well.
- Work across complex enterprise settings and multiple transformation initiatives.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a track record as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Have hands-on experience designing or implementing solutions in HR, payroll, workforce management, talent, learning or employee experience.
- Have worked on large-scale HR, workforce or broader business transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, Cornerstone or Degreed is an advantage.
- Knowledge of learning, talent management, employee experience or colleague self-service technologies is beneficial.
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint or Okta is an advantage.
- Understanding of retail, frontline or other large, distributed workforces is beneficial.
- Payroll architecture expertise, especially CloudPay or parallel payroll testing (EUPT), is a strong advantage.
- A relevant degree, architecture certification or professional qualification is advantageous.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Available for occasional travel.
