Reikalavimai

  • At least six months of verifiable professional experience providing remote English-Spanish interpretation by phone and/or video.
  • Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with strong speaking and writing skills.
  • Native or near-native Spanish proficiency, with excellent comprehension and active listening.
  • Ability to provide accurate, complete, impartial, and professional consecutive interpretation.
  • Strong familiarity with medical, financial, and social service terminology.
  • Understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and emotional composure, with the ability to remain neutral in sensitive situations.
  • Reliable attendance, schedule adherence, quality, and compliance with operating procedures.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, professional setting with reliable wired internet.
  • Stable internet through an Ethernet cable directly connected to the router or modem; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
  • An approved, client-compatible USB headset; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphone headsets are not allowed.
  • Headset must meet client technical specifications and approval requirements.
  • Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or newer.
  • 720p or 1080p webcam.
  • Current Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browser.
  • Quiet, distraction-free space suitable for confidential interpretation sessions.
  • Availability to complete recruitment, technical checks, and client onboarding before the scheduled start date.
