TransPerfect is seeking a freelance copyeditor in Czechia to review US English Amazon listings, theme-related text, and marketing content. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, compliance, and brand alignment under a contract arrangement.

- Edit copy for US English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting standards
- Verify product data, names, measurements, and factual details for accuracy and consistency
- Identify character-limit violations, structural issues, prohibited terms, and diversity and inclusion concerns
- Apply relevant style guides, approved naming files, and project briefs
- Coordinate with writers to clarify and resolve content questions
- Adjust to varying content formats and project requirements
- Review Amazon listings, theme-related copy, and other ad hoc materials before publication
- Maintain accurate, consistent, compliant content aligned with brand and platform standards

- Demonstrated copyediting or proofreading experience, preferably with e-commerce, retail, or marketing content
- Native-level command of US English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes and deadlines
- Comfort working within established guidelines and recognizing when an issue should be escalated rather than edited
- Flexibility to move between different content formats
- Knowledge of Amazon listing requirements is an advantage
