  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM positions such as SDR, Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, and Commercial Enablement roles.
  • Create sourcing plans and develop diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and professional networking.
  • Work with GTM leaders and HR partners to connect recruiting priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Keep candidate records complete and up to date in Greenhouse or Workable while following internal recruitment procedures.
  • Support a strong candidate experience through timely communication and dependable feedback throughout the process.
  • Improve recruiting workflows and apply data insights to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of GTM hiring.
  • Coordinate with global recruiting colleagues to exchange best practices and contribute to broader talent projects when needed.
  • Report to the Global Manager, Commercial Talent Acquisition.

Талаптар

  • Two to four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in commercial or GTM hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates across North America; experience with LATAM or EMEA recruiting is advantageous.
  • Recruiting experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Workable, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication abilities for working in a fast-moving global business.
  • A collaborative approach and the flexibility to reprioritize work across regions and time zones.
  • Professional written and spoken English, used regularly with distributed colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers.
