  • Oversee the administration and ongoing improvement of talent acquisition programs, processes, and platforms.
  • Maintain recruiting documentation, knowledge resources, training materials, interview guides, process maps, SharePoint content, and operating standards.
  • Help roll out recruitment technology, AI capabilities, and future solutions through testing, communications, training, and change management.
  • Coordinate operational governance, including controls, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, reporting, system access, and process records.
  • Handle recruiting operations and administration, including purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, vendor spending, and headcount reports.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights to assess program effectiveness, technology adoption, recruiting performance, and operational results.

Талаптар

  • At least three years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, operations, program management, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting technology rollouts, process improvements, change initiatives, or operational programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience preparing reports, dashboards, and business insights.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • French and English fluency, spoken and written, is required for positions in Quebec.
