- Guide management on complex position classification and organizational design matters.
- Explain internal classification policies and procedures.
- Deliver senior-level classification operations and consulting, including quality checks on daily work.
- Review positions and conduct desk audits as assigned, evaluating pay plan, title, series, and grade or band level.
- Prepare audit reports.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Explain FAA positions, policies, and procedures to internal and external audiences.
- Supply requested materials to the Director or delegate.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field; alternatively, at least eight years of progressively responsible staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR experience without a bachelor’s degree.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in position classification.
- Federal government staffing or human resources experience.
- Ability to work within the United States.
