  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud approaches
  • Convert business requirements into scalable, sustainable, value-focused solutions
  • Run discovery sessions and functional workshops
  • Collect requirements, define business processes, and prioritize product backlogs
  • Create and document business processes with structured frameworks and methodologies
  • Configure Salesforce and build prototypes when needed
  • Apply Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance throughout delivery
  • Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams across functions
  • Work with project managers on technical guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
  • Connect business stakeholders with development teams to support clear communication and quality delivery
  • Mentor Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants
  • Lead solution estimates, technical proposals, and pre-sales work when required
  • Guide executive discussions and influence decisions with C-level stakeholders

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise projects with waterfall and Agile methodologies across the full lifecycle, from planning through go-live
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions as a Solution Architect within complex digital transformation programs
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds
  • Experience architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture practices
  • Consulting experience with responsibility for customer-facing engagements
  • Strong command of Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints while assessing trade-offs
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business and technical challenges
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred
  • Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, and AI tools is highly desirable
  • Industry experience in one or more of Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Business Services, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education
