- Guide customers clearly and courteously
- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience
- Conduct cross-selling during customer interactions
- Identify opportunities and recommend additional products or services suited to customer needs
- Attend remote training Monday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
