- Provide accurate, timely guidance on everyday banking questions, account openings, and procedures through phone and online channels
- Guide customers in using digital platforms for their personal banking needs
- Assist customers throughout digital onboarding activities
- Build trust by listening carefully, asking effective questions, and improving customer outcomes
- Help foster a team culture that balances people, customer needs, risk, and performance
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements

- Confidence using digital customer service platforms to support customers in real time
- Ability to guide customers through and troubleshoot common digital banking applications and mobile services
- Familiarity with digital verification and identity validation systems used during customer onboarding
- Working knowledge of digital payment technologies, including mobile wallets and online payments
- Ability to resolve digital banking questions and help customers manage their accounts online
