- Lead OpenText’s Professional Services partner sales strategy across SAP and its ecosystem
- Collaborate with SAP sellers, alliance teams, Professional Services leaders, and software sales teams
- Develop repeatable sales motions that increase Professional Services bookings and services attach
- Position OpenText early in SAP-led transformation initiatives
- Extend successful SAP sales motions to Deloitte, Accenture, and other strategic consulting partners
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced Professional Services pipeline and bookings
- Scale co-sell motions, account plans, and partner programs
- Shape how Professional Services offerings are packaged, positioned, and sold through SAP
- Engage with SAP RISE, S/4HANA transformation, cloud migration, AI services, managed services, and modernization programs
- Expand effective partner motions across strategic Systems Integrators and consulting alliances

- Demonstrated success generating revenue through SAP partnerships or the broader SAP ecosystem
- Experience building pipeline and bookings through partner-led sales motions
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services sales, services attach, and co-sell models
- Ability to influence SAP stakeholders, alliance leaders, sales teams, and delivery organizations
- Experience creating joint go-to-market strategies, account plans, and partner programs
- Background supporting SAP RISE, S/4HANA, cloud transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives
- Ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both partners and OpenText
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites and office locations
- Some high-trust roles may require criminal history verification
