Labour Law Support Consultant – LabourNet (Remote, South Africa)
Support LabourNet clients and consultants across South Africa through payroll, HR, and employment compliance solutions. Coordinate consultant onboarding, training, appointments, and client relationships.

- Deliver high-quality support to LabourNet clients and consultants
- Serve as the primary client contact by phone and email
- Onboard new consultants through training and formal sign-offs
- Develop regional consultants by managing the LAP process
- Schedule appointments efficiently based on geographic focus and work type
- Reduce administrative demands on the Labour Law team
- Build, strengthen, and retain client relationships
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, law, human resources, industrial psychology, or a related field
- At least one year of industrial relations experience within LabourNet
- Training facilitation experience is advantageous
- Customer-first approach
- Ability to provide high-quality support to clients and consultants
- Ability to assist clients by phone and email
- Ability to onboard and train new consultants
- Ability to manage the regional LAP process with consultants
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently while considering geographic focus and work type
