Junior to Mid-Level Workday Finance Consultant (Remote in China)
Configure and test Workday Finance and related HRIS modules for client implementations. Gather requirements, support data migration, lead UAT and training, and resolve post-go-live issues.

- Own HRIS module configuration work independently.
- Manage client communications and support project delivery while developing functional expertise.
- Work with client subject-matter experts to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
- Recommend system design options and apply HRIS best practices.
- Configure and test modules against documented client needs.
- Carry out or assist with data migration activities when required.
- Run end-to-end demonstrations and UAT walkthroughs for client stakeholders.
- Review feedback and translate it into system updates.
- Provide end-user training across relevant modules.
- Create business requirements documents, training resources, and project documentation.
- Address post-implementation issues within agreed service levels.
- Deliver minor enhancements in response to client feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and identify actionable insights from discussions.
- Investigate root causes and recommend solutions to recurring issues.
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Two to four years of experience in HRIS implementation, support, or end-user roles.
- Practical experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and supporting UAT.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.
- Workday Core HCM certification is required.
