  • Implement infrastructure and systems changes across client environments
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related business applications
  • Support tenant migrations, server upgrades, workstation rollouts, line-of-business application deployments, and other technical initiatives
  • Record completed work, system configurations, and technical findings in ticketing and documentation platforms
  • Configure and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless networks, and associated infrastructure
  • Contribute to network refreshes, site deployments, and connectivity improvements across multiple locations
  • Investigate performance, connectivity, and infrastructure problems in client environments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify network and systems changes
  • Provide escalated support for server, networking, Microsoft 365, and end-user technology issues
  • Travel to client sites, including hospitality locations, for implementations, troubleshooting, and IT or network remediation
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance, project cutovers, and emergency response as needed

Талаптар

  • Strong experience in systems administration and network engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common third-party business applications
  • Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, firewalls, switching, wireless networks, and related infrastructure
  • Ability to complete technical work independently while following established project and service procedures
  • Strong diagnostic skills across infrastructure, networking, and end-user technologies
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration with project managers, service teams, and client stakeholders
  • Managed services or MSP experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site client environments preferred
  • Hospitality technology experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with server migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, network refreshes, and infrastructure deployments preferred
  • Experience handling both project work and escalated service requests preferred
