Талаптар

  • Hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with applicable state registrations, or be able to obtain Series 66 after joining
  • Bring 1–3 years of financial services experience focused on delivering excellent customer service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with detailed compliance requirements
  • Have experience with financial planning and knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide highly personalized service
  • Use sound judgment, think creatively, and make decisions with support from the team
  • Be able to arrange focused appointments that generate meaningful client engagement
  • Maintain a client-first perspective and strong financial planning insight
  • Show a clear commitment to advocating for clients
  • Communicate in a polished, professional manner
  • Demonstrate coachability, collaboration, and curiosity
  • A degree or additional professional certifications is helpful but not required
  • Follow applicable securities, investment, retirement, FINRA, and state regulations
