- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced analytical and scientific instruments
- Provide field service to customers in research, industrial, and healthcare settings
- Diagnose equipment faults, including component-level issues
- Deliver customer support
- Train customers to operate equipment and provide ongoing support
- Record service work and prepare detailed reports
- Respond to customer requests at short notice
- Travel 50–75% within the assigned territory
Талаптар
- An advanced degree with no prior experience, or a bachelor's degree and at least two years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex analytical instruments
- Preferred study areas include electronics, engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related technical field
- Relevant certifications are an advantage
- Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including component-level diagnosis
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high-voltage equipment is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Good organization and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50–75% within the assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied laboratory environments
- English proficiency required; additional languages are beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards
- Ability to respond to customer needs at short notice
- Ability to train and support customers in equipment operation
- Experience documenting service work and preparing detailed reports
- Track record of meeting customer satisfaction goals
- Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards
- Ability to handle hazardous or toxic materials and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
