Customer Service Agent – DSV Logistics
Handle customer questions, orders, complaints, inventory checks, and shipping updates. Support DSV’s transport and logistics operations in Innisfil.

- Respond to customer questions and complaints, including inquiries about inventory and order status
- Prepare work order paperwork and information, checking orders for special requests
- Review bills, computer printouts, bills of lading, related documents, and correspondence
- Notify customers by mail, email, or phone about shipping dates, expected delays, and other updates
- Coordinate account activities with colleagues across departments
- Escalate customer feedback and signs of dissatisfaction to management
- Keep damage records and back-order logs up to date
- Monitor on-time shipments
- Create reports on customer service activity
- Maintain inventory accuracy and help with physical stock counts
- Compile and organize data, checking it for accuracy
- Direct incoming customer orders to the appropriate channels
- Provide backup coverage for accounts beyond the primary account
