  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Two to five years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Foundational knowledge of global supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success providing customer service to internal and external customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience applying root-cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proactive communication, time management, attention to detail, process-improvement orientation, resilience, adaptability, customer focus, conflict management, action orientation, and strong verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
