Lead AML and BaaS oversight analysts or teams handling partner monitoring, documentation reviews, issue tracking, and related control activities
Set priorities, assign resources and workloads, and maintain timely, accurate, risk-based execution
Define quality standards, assess escalated matters, and ensure findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions are documented
Direct BaaS partner oversight cycles, including periodic reviews, remediation tracking, evidence gathering, issue aging, and management reporting
Analyze trends, process weaknesses, control concerns, and recurring issues, then implement improvements
Coach, develop, and oversee the performance of analysts, managers, supervisors, and senior analysts
Partner with compliance, risk, operations, business, and external partner teams
Support audits, examinations, internal reviews, and regulatory preparedness
Oversee outsourced BSA, AML, and OFAC activities from planning and due diligence through contracting, monitoring, and termination
Assess partner control environments, business changes, regulatory responses, risk assessments, and termination plans
Monitor issues through resolution and validation
Represent the oversight function in governance meetings, remediation discussions, audits, and examinations
Hold regular one-on-ones and drive execution through situational leadership

Manager level: at least four years of relevant experience in AML, BSA, financial crimes compliance, risk, fraud, operations, BaaS oversight, or another regulated environment
Senior Manager level: at least six years of relevant experience in AML, BSA, financial crimes compliance, risk, fraud, operations, BaaS oversight, or another regulated environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Background supervising, managing, or formally leading compliance, risk, monitoring, review, or control teams or workstreams
Working knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, issue management, quality review, and related oversight practices
Experience prioritizing work, assigning responsibilities, managing workloads, reviewing escalations, and completing oversight activities on schedule
Ability to coach employees, build capability, and manage team performance
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting remediation efforts
Senior Manager level: strong understanding of risk-based oversight, quality assurance, governance, and regulatory practices
Senior Manager level: experience supporting audits, examinations, regulatory responses, or remediation programs
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, influencing, and change-leadership abilities
Some travel is required to meet business needs
