Description

  • Attract, assess, and select talent for MANN+HUMMEL.
  • Ensure the company has the right people in the right roles at the right time and at an efficient cost.
  • Build a strong employer brand.
  • Partner closely with HR business partners to support hiring managers’ needs.
  • Create and implement innovative plans to attract new talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including required documentation and approvals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers to understand current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Proactively recruit salaried employees through job boards, social media, universities, chambers of commerce, and professional associations.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of administrative recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Results-oriented approach.
