- Attract, assess, and select talent for MANN+HUMMEL.
- Ensure the company has the right people in the right roles at the right time and at an efficient cost.
- Build a strong employer brand.
- Partner closely with HR business partners to support hiring managers’ needs.
- Create and implement innovative plans to attract new talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including required documentation and approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with managers to understand current and future hiring and business needs.

- Three to five years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection.
