- Oversee research activities at sites involved in Worldwide Clinical Trials projects
- Support every phase of clinical studies, including potential site identification
- Lead study start-up by gathering regulatory documents and assisting with contract and budget discussions
- Train site teams on accurate data collection and reporting of potential safety events
- Coordinate site activities throughout study maintenance
- Complete site closeout activities after studies conclude
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)
- Maintain compliance with informed-consent processes, safety-event reporting, and applicable regulations during remote site management
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized approach with careful attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- At least five years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Four-year university degree or nursing degree
- Oncology experience is required
- Must reside in the Midwest United States
- Availability for regional travel is required
