Description

  • Own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) architecture for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Design HRMM solutions for employee and organizational data requirements.
  • Plan and oversee HRMM integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, including mappings, interfaces, and data flows.
  • Convert business and technical requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
  • Guide HR/HCM consultants, integration specialists, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues.
  • Review solution designs and keep architecture and technical documentation current.

Requirements

  • Extensive SAP HCM/HR experience with strong knowledge of HR master data and organizational structures.
  • Hands-on experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
  • Understanding of how HR master data integrates with other S/4HANA processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
  • Able to define interface specifications and diagnose technical or integration problems.
  • Experience integrating SAP with external HR platforms.
  • Able to turn business requirements into end-to-end architecture and technical designs.
  • Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective collaboration with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders.
  • Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Workday and SAP integration technologies and patterns is an advantage.
  • ABAP knowledge and the ability to review technical developments and specifications are an advantage.
