Remote Technical Assistant — Idaho

Description
- Provide live operational support to field technicians handling installations, repairs, and service assurance.
- Troubleshoot facility, provisioning, and inventory issues.
- Handle incoming calls and chats from internal teams and field personnel as a key point of contact.
- Assist with service order processing, resolving fallout, and checking completion status.
- Maintain, verify, and update Quantum Fiber inventory and facility records in designated systems.
- Work with Field Operations and other teams to address complex service and network problems.
- Record actions and updates in the client’s designated systems.
Requirements
- Use a high-speed wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, and hotspot connections are not accepted.
- Internet upload speed of at least 25 Mbps.
- Internet download speed of at least 50 Mbps.
- Use a highly stable internet provider with packet loss of 1% or less.
- Have an available cell phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later.
- Install the Microsoft Authenticator app as required by Qualfon IT.
- Live in Idaho.
