Remote Outbound Call Center Agent – Missouri
Work remotely as an outbound call center agent raising funds for nonprofit organizations. Engage donors, secure contributions, and meet fundraising and productivity targets through predictive dialing.
Description
- Complete training
- Join an MDS team serving designated clients
- Call for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour shift using predictive dialing equipment
- Handle approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with 20–30 seconds between calls on average
- Use client-approved scripts to engage donors and prospective donors positively and enthusiastically
- Secure charitable gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients
- Meet minimum fundraising and productivity targets
Requirements
- At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong, stable employment history
- Dedicated wired internet connection
- Quiet home workspace without typical household interruptions
- Basic computer proficiency
