Remote Client Support Representative – Tennessee

Provide remote client support for EnableComp’s healthcare revenue cycle platform by retrieving medical records, managing claims documentation, and resolving reconciliation workflows. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, confidential information handling, and timely operational follow-through.

Description

  • Obtain medical records and related documentation from client systems, including implant invoices, UB-04 forms, Explanations of Benefits, and other clinical record components.
  • Prepare document request lists and track outstanding submissions.
  • Scan, upload, and retain medical records and protected health information according to data-handling requirements.
  • Create client reconciliations by collecting and structuring information from client systems and EnableComp platforms.
  • Investigate closed and returned claims, clear unresolved items, post adjustments, submit refund and payment research requests, and review or rebill missing claims.
  • Resolve prebill work queues while meeting established KPI expectations.
  • Work with the Client Delivery team to share operational findings and escalate issues affecting clients.
  • Detect and report client-system problems, workflow obstacles, and process deficiencies.
  • Escalate recurring process issues that cause claims to appear on reconciliations.
  • Keep E360 records complete and current in real time.
  • Enter information accurately and promptly across multiple systems.
  • Advance assignments efficiently through the department and collaborate with other teams.
  • Follow documented procedures and contribute feedback for process improvements.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management is preferred.
  • Experience with medical claims documentation and payer or provider data processes is preferred.
  • Comparable combinations of education and professional experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capacity to manage high work volumes while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting with appropriate urgency.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, balance multiple assignments, and prioritize work within deadlines.
