Remote Call Center Sales Agent in Germany
Provide inbound technical support and sales assistance to Vodafone customers from home in Germany. Help resolve TV, telephone, and internet issues while recommending suitable products and contract options.
Description
- Provide first-level inbound support to existing customers
- Resolve technical issues involving television, telephone, and internet services
- Recommend suitable products and optimize customer contracts
- Pursue sales opportunities during every customer interaction
- Represent the Vodafone team at Zeitwert
- Complete three weeks of paid onboarding on a fixed early-shift schedule
- After onboarding, work Monday through Sunday in a two-shift schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Work every other weekend and receive weekday time off in lieu
Requirements
- At least one year of call center experience, preferably in technical telecommunications support
- At least one year of sales experience
- A consistent record of meeting sales targets
- Reliable availability for the stated working hours
- No secondary employment
- German proficiency at C1 level
- Residence in Germany
- Professional experience is required, despite inconsistent references to career changers in the posting; the stated criteria seek experienced support and sales professionals
