Description

  • Manage operations workflows while supporting the team with complex transactions and processes
  • Coordinate workflow activity, monitor issues, and resolve escalated matters
  • Process and reconcile moderate- to high-risk and high-value transactions in line with established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify, resolve, and advise on escalations
  • Work with external customers and third parties to complete transactions and address escalated concerns
  • Coach team members and deliver relevant training
  • Facilitate team huddles, meetings, and continuous improvement discussions
  • Contribute to team member performance evaluations and development planning
  • Advise internal and external customers on operational matters
  • Assess processes and lead improvement initiatives through implementation
  • Maintain and revise standard operating procedures
  • Support projects and act as a subject matter expert
  • Check transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and regulatory adherence
  • Contribute to activities designed to mitigate operational risk
  • Validate that procedures are complete and accurate

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Typically fewer than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program
  • A comparable combination of education, role-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
  • Role-appropriate knowledge, skills, and capabilities
  • Residence in Cleveland or the surrounding Cleveland area
  • Ability to report to the Cleveland office at least once per week
  • Availability for mandatory weekly in-person meetings in Cleveland
  • If approved for remote work, access to a quiet, secure, confidential home workspace
  • PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT
  • No certifications or licenses are required
