- Shape the architecture and product roadmap for customer AI, machine learning, and large language model solutions.
- Present solutions in customer exercises and demonstrations, and lead high-impact projects.
- Work with business development and capture teams on bids, proposals, and other transaction authority efforts.
- Partner with program teams to deliver AI and machine learning solutions and introduce new capabilities.
- Advance AI projects from proof of concept through production.
- Work with stakeholders to surface opportunities and deliver measurable value from AI, machine learning, and large language model solutions.
- Turn complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Support missions involving edge AI and sensing, autonomous systems, intelligence analysis, contested logistics, and training and readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated success taking AI projects from proof of concept to production in edge AI and sensing, autonomous systems, intelligence analysis, contested logistics, or training and readiness.
- Strong consultative sales skills, including engaging stakeholders, finding opportunities, and demonstrating outcome-based value from AI, machine learning, or large language model solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Experience supporting U.S. Department of War programs.
- Experience with multi-tenant distributed systems and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Active Secret clearance required at start, with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud experience preferred.
- Programming experience in Java, Rust, Python, or similar languages preferred.
- Experience building and training classification and prediction models, and using large language models and agentic workflows, preferred.
