Player Development Executive, VIP Gaming – DraftKings Remote
Build trusted relationships with DraftKings’ VIP players through personalized service and responsive support. Use customer insights and performance data to grow sales, engagement, market share, and net revenue.
Description
- Build and deepen relationships with high-value players through tailored, personalized service.
- Achieve VIP sales targets that support player engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
- Analyze customer and performance data to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Assess player needs and recommend solutions that improve the VIP experience.
- Adhere to VIP procedures and responsible gaming standards.
- Coordinate customer escalations with internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or bring at least five years of experience in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for creating excellent player experiences, resolving issues, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Show a track record of identifying and applying strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Understand approaches for increasing revenue while managing expenses effectively.
- Bring strong relationship-management abilities and a customer-first approach to uncovering needs and providing solutions.
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain all required state gaming licenses.
