Description

  • Screen applicants against defined job requirements and hiring criteria
  • Evaluate resumes and applications for qualifications, experience, and role fit
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess communication, availability, and suitability
  • Coordinate online assessments when needed
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout screening
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers on hiring priorities
  • Keep candidate records and ATS status updates accurate and current
  • Arrange interviews for qualified candidates and coordinate subsequent recruitment steps
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and share timely recruitment progress updates
  • Follow recruitment policies and applicable data privacy requirements
  • Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Help improve screening methods and candidate engagement practices

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and undergraduate candidates may apply
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, or a related field
  • BPO industry experience is helpful but not required
  • C1-level English proficiency is required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • High standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Maadi, Cairo
